Procurement Data Analyst – Empower Digital Procurement Transformation

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for data stewardship and the development of routine reports using Power BI. You will lead projects based on insights derived from this reporting. Your role includes creating actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting predictive analysis, applying machine learning techniques, and recommending specific actions to support business objectives. Your work will help streamline processes, enhance supplier engagement, and ensure compliance with audit and sustainability standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and improve source-to-pay processes using Ariba.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
• Support system testing, go-lives, and supplier onboarding.
• Create training materials and documentation for end users.
• Monitor compliance and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Four year degree
• 2-4 years’ experience focused on data analytics ideally in manufacturing
• 1-2 years’ experience with SAP Ariba, Power BI a must. Proficient with Power BI, Databricks, statistical analysis along with common programs (such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel), RPA technology (Robotic Process Automation)
• Experience in creating and maintaining automated reporting systems and databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions) and automation of business processes
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, P2P, and procurement best practices
• Experience in planning and performing data analysis projects and processes from start to finish
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Resourceful self-starter with a proactive mindset
