Overview:
Lead and manage all procurement activities across joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery from sourcing through installation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets

Source and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors (local & international)

Manage procurement of raw materials (wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, finishes) and FF&E items

Establish and maintain supplier, distributor, and sub-distributor networks

Oversee factory coordination, production planning, and quality control processes

Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and supplier performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and project requirements

Monitor logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules to meet project deadlines

Optimize cost, value engineering, and risk management across projects

Collaborate with design, project management, and commercial teams
Requirements:

Proven experience in procurement within joinery, woodworking, or fit-out industry

Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes
