Job Description:
We are seeking a Procurement Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining procurement-related documents and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control procurement documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure accurate document flow.
  • Maintain up-to-date logs and filing systems (electronic & hard copies).
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.
  • Support procurement team with document preparation, submission, and archiving.

Requirements:

  • UAE construction industry experience is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in procurement or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
