Duties included
1. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
2. Process employees’ insurances and provide relevant information
3. Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
4. Collaborate with the HR Manager to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
5. Maintain personnel records using information technology equipment
6. Assist HR manager to obtain temporal staff from contract agencies
7. Document human resources actions by completing forms, logs, and records
8. Provide the company with an up-to-date rules and regulations of MOHRE
9. Creating plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
10. Evaluating products and services to be purchased.
11. Managing inventories and keeping accurate purchase records.
12. Maintaining supplier information, such as qualifications and product ranges.
13. Negotiating orders and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
14. Researching and evaluating potential new suppliers.
15. Preparing submittals, budgets, cost analyses, and reports related to procurements.
16. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
