Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator / HR Executive plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and employee programs. This position assists in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, record management, and compliance, while serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or personnel files.
  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, leave balances, etc.).
  • Handle employee documentation — confirmation, transfers, promotion letters, and exit formalities.
  • Support payroll by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Ensure timely renewals of contracts and HR-related licenses.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities.
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews and employee feedback surveys.
  • Support HR Manager in resolving employee grievances or disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Help in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or HR executive role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software/HRIS is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge with UAE Labor laws
