1. Carry out procurement activities for turnkey projects/capital purchases;
2. Analyze technical specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers;
3. Ability to analyze and evaluate all procurement requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in the description of material and equipment;
4. Prepare and issue requests for proposals to qualified suppliers/subcontractors as per the approved vendor lists;
5. Review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers;
6. Prepare comparative analysis documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions, and mode of transportation;
7. Coordinate various technical reviews with projects and end users with demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relations as a team member;
8. Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure that target prices, the company’s terms and conditions are met;
9. Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price, and technical specifications;
10. Prepare simple contracts, agreements (as per adopted templates), Letters of Intent (LOIs), etc., for the award of various work packages; and
11. Participate in detailed planning and reporting activities related to procurement.
