Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Engineer with experience in sourcing electronic components and systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics or instrumentation engineering and a strong track record in local and international procurement, especially from India, China, USA, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure electronic components, instruments, and systems from domestic and international suppliers
• Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
• Maintain supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities
• Ensure compliance with quality and procurement standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing of electronic components and systems
• Experience in international sourcing (India, China, USA, Germany preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems is a plus

Preferred Candidate:

• Hands-on experience in both local and global sourcing
• Exposure to technical specifications of electronic/instrumentation components
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement cycles
