You will support the procurement function by sourcing, evaluating, and securing materials, services, and contractors in line with company standards. The role focuses on compliant procurement, competitive pricing, and timely delivery to improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with vendors, Facility Engineers, and internal teams to optimize procurement performance and maintain accurate documentation.


Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers in FM, property management, and real estate.
  • Obtain competitive quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparisons.
  • Manage procurement for maintenance, MEP works, soft services, fit-out, refurbishment, and property supplies.
  • Maintain and monitor approved vendor lists and ensure supplier compliance.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations on quality, delivery, cost, and compliance.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and registration through the portal.
  • Prepare and issue POs, service agreements, and contract documents.
  • Ensure all procurement activities meet company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support tendering: RFP preparation, bid clarifications, evaluations, and recommendations.
  • Assist FM teams with annual budgets through accurate cost estimation.
  • Track spending and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting service quality.
  • Coordinate closely with FM, Property Management, and Finance to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services through proactive follow-up.
  • Maintain procurement logs, comparison sheets, and contract trackers.
  • Escalate supplier risks or non-compliance.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in FM, Property Management, or Construction.
  • Procurement certification required (CIPS, CIPP, CIPM, CSCP).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement rules, tendering, and contract management (SLAs, KPIs, AMC).
  • Experience in FM-related procurement: maintenance, AMC contracts, fit-out, hard and soft services.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ERP procurement systems (Yardi preferred).
