Procurement Engineer

LEOS International is a fast-growing real estate and development company delivering premium residential villas and landmark building projects across the UAE. We are expanding our team and looking for a Procurement Engineer with strong experience in construction project procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for villa and building construction projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial comparisons (TBE/ CBE).
• Ensure timely delivery of materials according to project schedule.
• Maintain supplier relationships and track performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams for material requirements.
• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and contract administration.

Requirements

• Previous experience in procurement within construction/contracting companies is mandatory.
• Experience in villa projects and building development is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE market suppliers and material standards.
