Key Job Responsibilities:

• Check, Analise & Monitor the end-to-end Procurement life cycle.
• Monitoring, Planning & Analysis DPS & 3rd Party vendor orders closely.
• Strategic Purchasing for DXB/Qatar/KSA and other export regions based on forecast plan, Open SO’s, incoming projects.
• Vendor Management - Evaluation, adding new vendors, Sustaining current vendors, Increasing payment terms. Monitoring and analysing lead time from different Vendors.
• Tracking & Updating ETAs for all orders.
• Monthly/ Quarterly MIS report – TAT report (PO date to Shipment arrival date) / Open Orders of all DPS orders & 3rd Party vendors
• Periodic checks & reporting on key SAP transactions to ensure clean & valid data within the systems.
• Supporting team performance by undertaking activity as required, covering other team roles during absence, or during peaks in demand.
• Monitoring complete procurement activity for your respective supplier & 3rd party vendors and further assuring smooth & efficient processes which will support the team.
• Providing analysis and recommendations where targets have not been met.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain (Preferable)
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement position.
• Strong understanding of Procurement practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong technical skills in MS Office, Excell and SAP (Preferable)
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English, and Hindi
• Full UAE Driving License (Must Have)
