Procurement Engineer

Position Summary:
Oversee the procurement of building materials, landscaping, and electromechanical materials. Manage vendor relationships, procurement documentation, and negotiate maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project requirements. MEP And HVAC Material knowledge and Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Procurement Management: Source and purchase materials, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

* Vendor Relations: Build and evaluate vendor relationships based on cost, quality, and reliability.

* RFP Management: Draft, manage, and evaluate RFPs for goods and services.

* Documentation: Prepare LPOs, track approvals, and maintain procurement records.

* Order Management: Monitor deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and manage logistics.

* AMCs: Negotiate and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts.

* Scheduling: Align procurement schedules with project timelines.

* Collaboration: Work closely with project and engineering teams for seamless procurement processes. Liaise with the authorities for NOC/work permits and any other documentation related to the project.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

* procurement experience in construction, MEP, HVAC . 2 years of experience in UAE is a must.

* Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and AMC negotiations.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

* Familiarity with procurement software and SAP.

* Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
