About the Role

We are hiring a Procurement Engineer for our Kozhikode office. The ideal candidate will handle the technical procurement of materials used in interior fit-out, joinery, carpentry, MEP, and furniture projects. This role requires strong engineering knowledge combined with procurement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
• Identify material requirements and raise purchase requisitions
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare comparison sheets
• Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery terms, and payment terms
• Finalize vendors based on technical and commercial assessment
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams
• Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely supply
• Maintain vendor database and procurement logs
• Ensure all procurement complies with company standards
• Support cost control and budget monitoring activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture) or Diploma in Engineering
• 3–6 years experience in procurement for interior fit-out / joinery / construction
• Strong knowledge of materials: plywood, MDF, laminates, veneer, hardware, sanitaryware, electrical items, metal works, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems
• Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills
• English communication must be good; Hindi spoken is required
• Gulf or European experience will be an added advantage

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on experience, technical capability, and industry background)
