Procurement Engineer required urgently

Experience: 4-5 Yrs.

Qualifications

➢ Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

➢ Strong analytical and communication skills.

➢ BE/BTech – Polymer, Plastics

➢ Willingness to travel for supplier audits, development meetings, and follow-

ups.

➢ Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Vendor Development Executive to join

our Purchase team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying,

evaluating, and onboarding reliable suppliers to support the company's sourcing and

procurement objectives.

This position is key to building a strong and sustainable vendor base aligned with the

organization's standards for quality, cost, and delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

➢ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors to ensure capability, quality,

and reliability.

➢ Onboard new suppliers and ensure alignment with company expectations and

processes.

➢ Support suppliers in improving their internal processes, product quality,

delivery performance, and compliance.

➢ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to

vendors.

➢ Ensure supplier adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards,

particularly ISO/IATF requirements.

➢ Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory, quality, and operational

standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
