We’re Hiring: Procurement Engineer

Company: Project Services Co. Qatar W.L.L.

Project Services Co. Qatar W.L.L. is a leading construction company in Qatar, and we are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers of cement, steel, aggregates, timber, and other construction & building materials with technical background is an advantage.
• Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of materials.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to forecast material needs.
• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of procurement experience in construction or building materials & steel structures industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ready to join immediately.
