PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

A leading Engineering & Construction Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Procurement Engineer to join our growing team.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong technical and procurement knowledge in civil construction materials and subcontracting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for civil construction projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate with project, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor procurement schedules and maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and procurement records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within construction/engineering companies.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and market suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
