Procurement Engineer

Now Hiring: Procurement Engineer

We are seeking a Procurement Engineer with strong industrial sourcing experience to support our operational procurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of steel mechanical spare parts and electrical materials
• Review technical specifications and supplier quotations
• Source and evaluate reliable local and international suppliers
• Conduct technical and commercial comparison of quotations
• Negotiate pricing delivery and payment terms
• Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for order confirmation
• Ensure timely material availability in line with operational needs
• Coordinate with engineering warehouse and internal teams for accurate requirements
• Identify cost saving opportunities through sourcing and negotiation
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial procurement
• Strong technical understanding of materials and specifications
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English with Arabic preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
