Procurement Engineer-Civil

Job Title: Procurement Engineer – Civil

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure materials comply with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and accounts departments for smooth procurement operations.
• Track material delivery schedules and ensure timely availability at project sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor databases.
• Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and budgetary controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement within contracting/construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and local/international markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
