Procurement Executive

We are hiring a dynamic Procurement Executive to join our team and lead our procurement efforts!

In this role, you must be confident handling suppliers and conducting meetings alone while negotiating their terms and conditions to our requirements, terms, and conditions. You must also build and maintain strong supplier relationships, set up reorder points, and ensure that our purchasing is effective and budget-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations:

• Sourcing & managing Vendors:
• Assess and select suppliers based on inquiries from your Line Manager, focusing on quality, price, and payment terms.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee consistent quality and on-time deliveries. - Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations regarding cost, quality, and service reliability.
• Negotiation & Purchasing:

· Source products and services that meet the operational requirements of the business.

· Negotiate favorable payment terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.

· Confirm that purchasing decisions align with budgetary constraints and quality benchmarks.

· Collaborate with logistics providers to secure timely delivery of materials.

QA: Sourcing dependable suppliers guarantees the availability of quality materials, hence improves customer satisfaction.

Strategizing Risk Mitigation: To maintain business continuity, it is essential to diversify suppliers and establish contingency plans actively.

Profitability + Cost Savings: By obtaining more favorable agreements and reducing procurement waste, we enhance the company’s profitability.

Relationships: Building strong vendor relationships fosters loyalty, enhances negotiating power for better deals, and opens up opportunities for collaboration.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with the team lead and line manager to organize sourcing aligned with inquiries and client orders.
• Assist the creative agency in obtaining tools and services for current projects.
• Compile procurement reports and deliver updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-5 years in procurement.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
