Procurement Engineer Civil Construction

• Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine material needs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues (quality, delivery, disputes).
• Prepare RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
• Compare bids and create bid analysis reports.
• Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams for approvals and clarifications.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documents per company policies.
• Track procurement status and generate progress reports for management.
• Assist in cost control, forecasting, and procurement-related risk management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
