Procurement Engineer Construction

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer with a strong civil engineering foundation to lead and optimize procurement operations for a high-end international villas construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Procurement: Manage complete procurement lifecycle for construction materials and services.
• Global Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard overseas vendors; lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• SAP S/4 HANA Operations: Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and oversee contract management within SAP or S/4 HANA or ERP.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely material delivery and compliance with project timelines.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Experience: 7–10 years in procurement within the construction industry (villas/residential projects preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Technical Skills:
• Proven expertise in SAP or S/4 HANA or ERP (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Added Advantage: Exposure to international sourcing and logistics.
