Procurement Engineer (Junior / Senior)

This position is responsible for ensuring that materials and services required for engineering projects are procured on time, at optimal cost, and from the right suppliers. The Procurement Engineer role, open to both Junior and Senior candidates , actively contributes to the development of sourcing strategies, management of supplier relationships, and execution of purchasing processes in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Computer Engineering. MBA is a plus.
• Experience in Purchasing Processes and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Telecom background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop, apply, and report quantitative methods.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to adapt to a multinational environment and demonstrate cultural empathy in business interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong appreciation for business ethics as a core value.

• Conduct bidding processes and negotiate with potential suppliers.
• Prepare and manage supply contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct category-based portfolio management.
• Manage the Purchase Order to Payment process for suppliers.
• Maintain regular communication with supplier owners to resolve issues and ensure long-term relationships.
• Build strong communication with internal stakeholders, anticipate demands, propose solutions, and escalate problems timely.
• Identify and qualify new potential suppliers.
• Stay updated on market trends and supplier capabilities to ensure timely and efficient procurement.
