Procurement Engineer ( Saudi nationality)

About the Company:

The MEMF Co. is the KFB Group's flagship company. It is located over a sprawling 15,000 square meter campus in the heart of the New Industrial City of Riyadh. The factory contains state-of-the-art equipment capable of manufacturing high accuracy measuring and protection equipment .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process from sourcing and quotation requests to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and planning teams to fulfill project material requirements.
• Source suppliers and negotiate to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery.
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules, especially for SEC-related projects.
• Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with both local and international suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Stay aligned with company policies and SEC standards and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an electrical or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience or solid understanding of SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) sales/projects, specifications, or procurement processes is highly preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in English – spoken and written (mandatory).
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
