Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Procurement & Estimation Manager to own the end-to-end process of estimating and sourcing materials for our unique, design-led projects. You’ll be central to transforming creative ideas into reality by managing costs, suppliers, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed material lists, cost estimates, and purchase plans based on project drawings and specifications
• Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers and fabricators across metal, wood, plastics, composites, electronics, and specialty materials
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Oversee production schedules, perform quality checks, and coordinate logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and fabricators
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality certifications
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and engineers

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement for design/fabrication industries, ideally including estimation responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of sourcing suppliers and fabricators for specialized materials
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Professional communication and relationship-building mindset
• Proficiency in estimation tools (Excel, procurement software; ERP systems a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Flexibility with work hours to accommodate project requirements

Work Location

This role is based in our studio in Al Quoz, Dubai. Local travel to suppliers and fabricators is required.
