- Issue and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and purchase orders in compliance with procurement policies.
- Support in evaluating supplier proposals based on technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and compliance with industry and safety regulations.
- Monitor vendor performance and delivery timelines to ensure alignment with project schedules and operational demands.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier databases using ERP systems.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and documentation required for audits and inspections (e.g., environmental, energy regulation, ISO standards).
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives, contract optimization, and procurement process improvements.
- Ensure materials and services are procured in line with sustainability and corporate responsibility standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with industry-specific procurement practices (e.g., EPC contracts, long-lead items, CAPEX and OPEX budgeting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
