Procurement Executive

We’re Hiring: Procurement Executive (Female Candidate Preferred)

Location: Pune
Industry: Industrial Equipment Fabrication
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement operations for industrial fabrication materials and equipment
Develop and maintain a strong vendor and supplier base
Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, and delivery performance
Coordinate with production and design teams for timely material availability
Handle inventory control, purchase planning, and cost optimization
Review and interpret GA drawings and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with quality testing procedures and standards
Support sales and project teams with material and cost inputs
Manage raw material purchasing and maintain ISO-standard documentation

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of fabrication materials and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / ERP systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Understanding of quality assurance and testing procedures
