Procurement Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive with experience in interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will handle material sourcing, supplier negotiations, and ensure timely delivery of project materials within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, furniture, and finishes for fit-out projects.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for material requirements.
• Maintain supplier database and ensure cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement within the interior design/fit-out industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
