Job Purpose:
To manage the sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of spare parts, accessories, and materials for both CFMOTO and BAIC divisions. The role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining the required quality standards and supporting operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure spare parts, accessories, and consumables for CFMOTO and BAIC operations (Aftersales and Workshop).
- Coordinate with suppliers locally and internationally to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved supplier lists.
- Work closely with Aftersales, Workshop, and Inventory teams to forecast parts requirements.
- Track and manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and customs documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Follow up with the logistics and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and payments.
- Support in developing procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE import regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive or powersports procurement.
- Strong understanding of automotive spare parts sourcing (China market experience preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
