Position: Procurement Executive

Location: Santacruz West(near Juhu tara road)

Key Qualifications

● Experience:

Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, recycling, or scrap industry.

● Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with automotive dealership operations, vehicle titles, and end-of-life vehicle (ELV) regulations is highly desirable. ● Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully establishing and maintaining professional business relationships. ● Logistics: Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain coordination to manage vehicle transportation effectively.

● Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively to visit dealerships and potential suppliers.

Expanded Responsibilities

1. Supplier Development: Proactively identify, research, and contact new automobile dealerships, government entities, and other sources of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs).

2. Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate favorable pricing and purchasing terms for ELVs, and secure long-term sourcing contracts.

3. On-site Evaluation: Conduct on-site visits to assess and confirm the availability and quality of vehicles for procurement.

4. Purchase Management: Execute the entire purchase process, ensuring all necessary documentation (e.g., titles, transfer paperwork) is accurately completed.

5. Logistics Coordination: Arrange and manage the timely and cost-effective transportation and delivery of procured ELVs to the processing factory located in Wada, Palghar.

6. Market Analysis: Monitor scrap metal and vehicle market trends to inform sourcing strategies and achieve cost-saving targets.

7. EPR Knowledge : Understand the basics of EPR in the automobile recycling industry to be able to cater to automobile manufacturers directly for meeting their compliance and for EPR goals annually.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,326.55 - ₹34,477.08 per month
