Catering to SMEs and large enterprises across the construction, interiors, and real estate sectors, we supply everything from steel and ready-mix concrete (RMC) to finishing materials like plywood and electricals.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials tailored to client specifications. This role requires strong vendor management skills, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source building materials as per client requirements from existing approved vendors

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier base and enhance material options

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from inquiry, quotation, purchase order generation, delivery tracking, to after-sales support

• Ensure all materials meet quality standards and delivery timelines

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms

• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any procurement-related issues promptly

• Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes

• Monitor market trends and material cost fluctuations to advise on procurement strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within the construction, interiors, or real estate sectors

• Strong knowledge of building materials and vendor markets in Mumbai/National level

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Proficient in MS Office and procurement software/tools

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

• Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-focused approach

Pay: ₹10,326.55 - ₹34,477.08 per month
