Procurement Executive

Role Purpose

To ensure the availability of audio-video products with the best commercial terms, timely replenishment, and zero stock-outs, supporting fast order fulfillment and higher profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Inventory Procurement & Replenishment

• Raise purchase orders based on stock levels, forecast & sales velocity
• Maintain optimal inventory to avoid stock-outs & overstocks
• Monitor open PO status and follow-up for timely deliveries
• Coordinate RTV (Return-to-Vendor) for defective or non-moving items

2️ Vendor Coordination & Relationship Support

• Work closely with Vendor Managers & OEM partners for price, stock, delivery schedules
• Collect latest pricing, schemes, and promotional offers
• Maintain vendor records, agreements & documentation

3️ Cost & Margin Control

• Ensure correct buy pricing as per approved margins
• Track cost changes & update systems accordingly
• Identify high-margin buying opportunities and deal benefits

4️ Data & Documentation

• Track daily stock levels and purchase planning reports
• PO/GRN matching and coordination with finance for vendor invoices
• Maintain system accuracy for product availability and pricing

5️ Coordination With Warehouse & Operations

• Share inbound plan with warehouse team
• Ensure proper product QC, barcoding & putaway instructions
• Resolve delivery discrepancies (shortages, damages)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
