Role Purpose
To ensure the availability of audio-video products with the best commercial terms, timely replenishment, and zero stock-outs, supporting fast order fulfillment and higher profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1️ Inventory Procurement & Replenishment
- Raise purchase orders based on stock levels, forecast & sales velocity
- Maintain optimal inventory to avoid stock-outs & overstocks
- Monitor open PO status and follow-up for timely deliveries
- Coordinate RTV (Return-to-Vendor) for defective or non-moving items
2️ Vendor Coordination & Relationship Support
- Work closely with Vendor Managers & OEM partners for price, stock, delivery schedules
- Collect latest pricing, schemes, and promotional offers
- Maintain vendor records, agreements & documentation
3️ Cost & Margin Control
- Ensure correct buy pricing as per approved margins
- Track cost changes & update systems accordingly
- Identify high-margin buying opportunities and deal benefits
4️ Data & Documentation
- Track daily stock levels and purchase planning reports
- PO/GRN matching and coordination with finance for vendor invoices
- Maintain system accuracy for product availability and pricing
5️ Coordination With Warehouse & Operations
- Share inbound plan with warehouse team
- Ensure proper product QC, barcoding & putaway instructions
- Resolve delivery discrepancies (shortages, damages)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
