Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor communication, price negotiation, and order processing.
- Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier follow-ups.
- Maintain procurement records, logs, and documentation.
- Prepare and update Excel reports, MIS sheets, and trackers.
- Support SCM operations and ensure timely flow of materials and information.
- Work closely with internal teams to align buying requirements and delivery timelines.
- Handle day-to-day coordination with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Assist in resolving procurement-related issues or discrepancies.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Procurement / SCM / Operations.
- Freshers with good communication skills and MBA in SCM may also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic MIS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be from Ahmedabad (local candidates only).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
