Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor communication, price negotiation, and order processing.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier follow-ups.
  • Maintain procurement records, logs, and documentation.
  • Prepare and update Excel reports, MIS sheets, and trackers.
  • Support SCM operations and ensure timely flow of materials and information.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align buying requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Handle day-to-day coordination with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Assist in resolving procurement-related issues or discrepancies.

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in Procurement / SCM / Operations.
  • Freshers with good communication skills and MBA in SCM may also be considered.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic MIS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be from Ahmedabad (local candidates only).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
