We are seeking a Procurement Executive to be assigned to our Istanbul Headquarters .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from reputable universities,
• 5–10 years of experience in large-scale industrial facility projects within technical procurement, technical office, or site management departments,
• Strong knowledge of equipment design, manufacturing, installation, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations,
• Ability to conduct market research regarding strategic materials and subcontractors and propose viable alternatives,
• Strong persuasion and analytical thinking skills,
• Willing to work on and improve capabilities in value engineering and value analysis,
• Proficient in MS Office; competency in procurement ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, etc.,
• Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative approach,
• No travel restrictions.

Job Description

• Monitoring project schedules and managing procurement activities, including material sourcing and subcontractor selection, for all Rönesans Holding projects (Domestic/International),
• Conducting e-tender processes using the procurement module,
• Coordinating technical discussions with companies participating in tenders,
• Managing the quotation and evaluation processes required for subcontractor selection,
• Following up on post-tender contract, guarantee, payment, and change order processes,
• Issuing and monitoring purchase orders,
• Evaluating new unit price requests,
• Supporting cost and budget studies based on local market prices and conditions,
• Preparing periodic activity reports.
