About the Role
This is a high-discipline operational role focused on driving structure, accuracy, and real-time visibility across Nysonian's procurement function. Procurement Executive will own procurement data integrity, PO lifecycle tracking, and reporting, ensuring every order, record, and document is aligned and execution-ready. Working cross-functionally with suppliers, logistics, and finance, this role will support container planning, material availability, and invoice reconciliation while proactively identifying gaps and enforcing process discipline to ensure efficient, scalable procurement operations.

What You Will Do

• Own the accuracy, structure, and integrity of procurement data across all systems, ensuring consistency and completeness at all times.
• Maintain and update daily procurement data flows to support live dashboards and operational visibility.
• Collaborate on shipment planning and drive optimal container utilization through supplier coordination.
• Manage sourcing and availability of packing materials across multiple regions to support uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain end-to-end purchase order accuracy within ERP systems, including order creation, dispatch tracking, and receipt confirmation.
• Ensure strict alignment between POs and invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
• Generate structured procurement reports, identify data gaps, and resolve operational inconsistencies.
• Partner with suppliers and finance teams on onboarding, payments, and reconciliation while ensuring adherence to procurement SOPs and internal controls.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or data management roles.
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and structured procurement workflows is a strong advantage.
• High level of accuracy in data handling, validation, and documentation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
