Procurement Executive

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to join the Head Office of Kalyon Construction, one of our Group companies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields),

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement,

•Experienced in the construction sector,

• Fluent in English,

• Strong experience in supplier management, contract processes, and cost analysis,

• Proficient in SAP and/or similar ERP systems,

• Proficient in MS Office applications,

• Experienced in market research, supplier quotation, and evaluation processes,

• Strong analytical thinking skills, result-oriented, and detail-focused,

• Strong negotiation and communication skills,

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Job Description:

• Managing procurement processes for materials and services within construction projects,

• Conducting supplier research, evaluation, and selection processes,

• Collecting quotations, performing comparisons, and conducting cost analyses,

• Managing and following up supplier contract processes,

• Developing alternative suppliers and conducting market analysis,

• Managing procurement processes in line with budget and targets,

• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure efficient process flow,

• Preparing reports on procurement activities and contributing to process improvement efforts.
