Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Executive in the aluminum and glass industry who sources, negotiates, and purchases materials like aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, and tools, ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery for projects. Key duties include vendor management, issuing purchase orders (POs), managing inventory, and collaborating with production/project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify reliable local/international suppliers, conduct RFQs, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Procurement Operations: Prepare, issue, and manage POs, contracts, and subcontractor agreements for materials like aluminum, glass, and accessories.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Follow up on deliveries to prevent project delays and ensure quality standards are met.
• Cost and Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce costs while managing material requirements for fabrication.
• Technical Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of aluminium facade/glass industry materials, standards, and trends.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, preferably within the aluminium and glass fabrication or construction industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and understanding of technical drawings/specifications.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Common Qualifications

• Must have experience dealing with aluminum profiles, glass types (tempered, laminated), and hardware components.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local/international logistics and import/export processes for materials.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
