Procurement Executive – Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) – Facility & MEP Operations Support

We are seeking female Procurement Executive (Engineer) to support our high-rise IT Park facility operations by managing procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory for electrical, MEP, civil, plumbing, and soft services.

She will have the opportunity to build a strong career in facility and operations management while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials, spares, and services for MEP, electrical, civil, plumbing, and soft services operations.
• Maintain and evaluate vendor database, request quotations, and negotiate for cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements for materials and services.
• Track deliveries, maintain inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of critical spares and consumables.
• Support budget tracking, cost control, and expenditure reporting.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and MIS reports for all procurement activities.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure service-level compliance and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 2–3 years in procurement or purchase support, preferably in facility management, high-rise buildings, IT Parks, or malls
• Knowledge of MEP, electrical, or mechanical materials is preferred
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, purchase orders, quotations, and inventory control
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-rise IT Park environment
• Exposure to ERP / procurement software is an advantage
