Procurement Executive (Entry Level – IT Software & Hardware Products)

Job Overview:

Cybertronix Technologies is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level Procurement Executive for our Dubai office. In this role, you will assist in sourcing and managing IT software, hardware products, and digital tools. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to start a career in procurement and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing IT software, hardware products, and digital subscriptions.
• Communicate with suppliers to collect quotations and compare pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of software licenses, hardware inventory, and product deliveries.
• Help track renewals, upgrades, and product availability.
• Coordinate with internal departments for IT product and software requirements.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of IT software, hardware products, or digital tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Email communication.
