Job Title: Procurement Executive – Facility Management
Experience: 3–5 years

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the facility management sector. The candidate will handle purchasing, manage suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials and services.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Track inventory and coordinate with operations.
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years procurement experience in facility management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and MS Office.
