URGENT HIRING – Executive / Sr. Executive – Procurement (Ferro Alloys)

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Professional from the Ferro Alloys industry who can manage end-to-end raw material sourcing, vendor negotiations, freight coordination, and cost optimization activities.

Key Responsibilities

1.Procurement of raw materials:-Manganese Ore▪ Quartz▪ Dolomite▪ Coal / Coke▪ Electrode Paste

2.Floating RFQs & preparing comparative statements

3.Price negotiation & supplier finalization

4.Purchase Order (PO) creation & follow-up

5.Freight negotiation & transporter coordination

6. Raw material stock monitoring & procurement planning

7.Vendor evaluation & performance tracking

8.Coordination with Production, QC & AccountsInvoice verification & discrepancy resolution

9. Market rate analysis & cost-saving initiatives

Required Skills:-

1.Strong knowledge of Ferro Alloys raw material procurement

2.Vendor & transporter management

3.Freight negotiation Inventory planning

4. ERP / MS Excel proficiency

5. Strong communication & negotiation skills

Qualification & Experience: -

1.Graduate (Commerce / Management / Engineering preferred)

2.3–7 years’ experience in Ferro Alloys / Steel industry (Mandatory)

Preferred Candidate

1.Ferro Alloys plant experience

2. Strong supplier network

3.Immediate joiner preferred
