Procurement Executive - MEP

PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE-MEP

Location- Al Qusais, Dubai.

Experience- 5-8years in UAE.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Executive – MEP to manage purchasing activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement in line with project requirements, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors

Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and finalize supplier selection

Coordinate with project, engineering, and store teams to ensure timely delivery

Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability at site

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Track deliveries, resolve shortages, damages, or discrepancies

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Assist in cost control and vendor performance evaluation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
