Procurement
and Contract Executive
Experience:
2–3 Years
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in procurement activities including
vendor sourcing, quotation·
analysis,
and finalization.
Support contract drafting, review, and
administration as per company·
policies.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and
contractors to ensure timely·
delivery
of materials and services.
Maintain procurement records, contracts
database, and vendor·
performance
reports.
Ensure compliance with company procedures,
legal requirements, and·
quality
standards.
Assist in negotiation of pricing, terms, and
agreements to optimize costs.·
Work closely with project and finance teams for
procurement planning·
and
payment processing.
Key
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of procurement processes,
vendor management, and·
contracts.
Good communication and negotiation skills.·
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint).·
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.·
Attention to detail and problem-solving
skills.·
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil /
Mechanical / Electrical·
preferred).
2–3 years of relevant experience in
procurement· & contract
management
within real estate or construction industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
