Procurement Executive – Pharma

Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Procurement Executive – Pharma Products with 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement and a strong understanding of pharma products and global regulatory requirements. The role involves sourcing pharma products, managing suppliers, and ensuring compliance with international regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure pharmaceutical products, APIs, formulations, and consumables as per business needs and participate in international tenders.
• Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers
• Ensure procurement activities comply with global pharma regulations (USFDA, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, MHRA, TGA, etc.)
• Verify regulatory documents such as DMF, COA, COPP, GMP certificates, FSC, and stability data
• Follow up on regulatory documentation
• Maintain approved vendor lists and evaluate supplier performance

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in pharma procurement / purchase
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Commerce, or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of global pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards
• Familiarity with international trade documentation and import–export processes
• Good command over MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in international sourcing or export-oriented pharma companies
• Knowledge of customs documentation, and INCOTERMS
• Ability to work with multiple vendors across geographies
