Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech, BCA, or BA (Minimum)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, specifically with: 1. GeM (Government e-Marketplace) 2. eProcurement 2.0 platform
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
- Familiarity with tools and software used in procurement and tendering processes
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and eProcurement 2.0 platforms. The candidate should possess excellent command over MS Excel and other tools used in procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement operations on GeM and eProcurement 2.0 portals.
- End-to-end handling of tendering processes, bid preparation, vendor coordination, and contract management.
- Prepare, review, and analyze purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain procurement records and generate reports using MS Excel and other relevant tools.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of goods/services.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier performance.
- Ensure adherence to government procurement guidelines and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement strategies and workflows.
