Procurement (For Pune & Mumbai Location)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, and operational requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation of procurement records, vendor agreements, and invoices.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and maintain healthy supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials as per operational requirements.
  • Perform market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
  • Conduct site visits to farms, warehouses, vendor locations, or partner facilities as and when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards during procurement processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or food industry).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation processes.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
