YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Generalist Administrator to join our team at Ceva Tedarik Zinciri Çözümleri ve Teknoloji A.Ş., based in Istanbul - Tuzla Tom Depo. This pivotal role within our General Procurement division offers the opportunity to contribute to efficient supply chain operations by supporting a broad range of procurement activities focused on indirect procurement in the logistics sector. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage and coordinate procurement activities related to indirect goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Procurement team by preparing, reviewing, and managing purchase orders, supplier contracts, and related documentation.
  Maintain accurate procurement records and databases, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations to facilitate seamless procurement processes.
• Assist in vendor management activities such as performance monitoring, supplier evaluation, and relationship development to optimise supply chain efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
• Support budget tracking and expense monitoring related to procurement activities.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of procurement-related inquiries.
• Tracking and management of owned equipment (material handling equipment) inventory records, as well as maintenance, repairing and inspection processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement administration, preferably within logistics or related industries.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with procurement software systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Turkish is essential given the location and supplier interactions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
