Procurement - Head · Assigning work to the team members and providing overall guidance. · Prepare the purchase order and has the authority to approve the PO as per approval hierarchy. · Purchase of components based on the drawings for production department. · Sourcing quotations for material indent received. · Getting rate & quote approval by making comparison among the present suppliers. · Making price negotiation with the suppliers. · Order placing & tracking. · Maintain Material Requisition & copies of Purchase Orders of goods. · Analysing the Location of vendors for materials, equipments or supplies in order to determine product availability and terms of supply and payment terms. · Collect supplier registration form and approve the supplier based on the quality and timely deliverance. · Rate the suppliers based on the supplies. · Developing the new suppliers and promoting cost reduction and good quality of supply. · Sub-contracts follow up operations like Machining and special operation s like cutting, turning, tapping, milling, drilling, etc., · Finishing operations like Platting, powder coating etc., · Assisting in making price negotiation with the suppliers · Responsible for collecting supplier registration and follow-up the order materials and hand over the components for assembly in time.

· Responsible for Supplier evaluation and rating, Corrective & Preventive Actions. · To maintain all the documents regarding Procurement. Qualification: Diploma / BE - Mech / ECE Experience: 12-15 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
