We are hiring a responsible and experienced Procurement & Lab In-Charge for our IT industry operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling procurement activities efficiently while also managing laboratory operations and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of IT, electrical, and laboratory equipment.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and purchasing.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Supervise and manage lab operations, equipment, and maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling and safety of electrical and IT equipment.
• Prepare procurement reports, purchase records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with management regarding procurement planning and lab requirements.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain professional workplace standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Electrical Diploma Holder (DAE or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or lab management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT and electrical equipment.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
• Ensure all purchases are approved before ordering.
• Verify equipment quality before receiving deliveries.
• Keep the lab clean, organized, and operational at all times.
• Report damaged or faulty equipment immediately.
• Follow safety protocols while handling electrical devices.
• Maintain confidentiality of company assets and procurement data.
