Job Description :-

• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with project teams to forecast procurement needs and manage budgets effectively, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions.
• Vendor Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement a framework for evaluating supplier performance, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 9-12 years of experience in procurement within the real estate, construction, or architecture industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
