Job Description :-
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with project teams to forecast procurement needs and manage budgets effectively, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions.
- Vendor Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement a framework for evaluating supplier performance, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD
Key Requirements
- Experience: 9-12 years of experience in procurement within the real estate, construction, or architecture industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
