Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to manage supplier sourcing, purchase orders, shipment tracking, and end-to-end logistics across local and international operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth supply chain movement, on-time deliveries, and accurate documentation for both inbound and outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

• Source and evaluate new suppliers (local & international).
• Request, compare, and negotiate quotations to achieve best pricing and quality.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate records.
• Track order status, lead times, and ensure timely follow-up with vendors.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.

Logistics

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via air, sea, and courier.
• Manage customs documents: invoices, packing lists, HS codes, COO, BOE, etc.
• Track shipments until final delivery and update internal teams.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, courier partners, and warehouse teams.
• Resolve delivery delays, documentation issues, and discrepancies.

Inventory & Operations

• Work closely with the warehouse team to update stock arrivals (GRN) and shortages.
• Support inventory reconciliation with platforms like Amazon FBA/FBN, Noon, Shopify, Unicommerce.
• Maintain procurement dashboards, trackers, and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience in FMCG, supplements, e-commerce, or trading companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and UAE customs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partner Portal, and Shopify.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor-management skills.
