Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on shipment schedules
  • Office-based with coordination across suppliers and logistics partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination
  • Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
  • Coordinate with logistics providers for shipping, customs, and delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning
  • Resolve supply chain issues and delays efficiently
  • Prepare reports on procurement costs, supplier performance, and logistics activities

  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
